The Zeitgeist part 1 E-Book is a tough work for anyone to come along and try to dispute.
In [other forums], several people expressed the idea that Christianity isn't a mimic of the Egyptian religion at all.
I don't think that they could read through the Companion Guide and still hold such an uninformed opinion. That's the opinion of people who have had somewhere between little to no contact whatsoever with the Egyptian religion.
Anyone who reads through the entirety of the Zeitgeist Companion Guide will be armed with a powerful tool of debate towards addressing all modern Judeo-Christian-Islamic religious fundamentalism.
As far as I'm concerned this is the way to the future. Religious fundamentalism will become exposed for its fallacies beyond any reasonable doubt and we will start to see a new 'world view' come into fruition.
It's just a matter of time and positive thinking.

Well, one thing is for sure... one minute after you die, you will know the truth...but then it will be to late... keep looking Ms. Murdock...it's out there.
Obviously, I am not moved by threats or insults upon my intelligence.
Nor will I publish the other hateful and vicious message you attempted to post here - a message that only exemplifies the bitterness and hatred for your fellow human beings brought about by religious fanaticism.
bless you D :)
Anonymous said one thing is sure...lol! Taxes and death are sure, but this person must be the all-knowing god to claim post-mortem "truth" is to be had one minute after expiration..ha ha! Geez! Why must I wait to die in the first place?!!
The truth is "out there"...(symphony roll), but not until after you die; meanwhile just believe what you are told. Really, how could anyone have such screwed up thinking?!!
Congrats. on the great reviews you have gotten lately "D"...lol! I am ashamed to admit it, but I haven't gotten to the Zeitgeist Companion yet, but I will..I promise!
Well, tre tiny thing that i will like to mention is that the enphasis given to the 25 of december celebration, REALLY belongs to Pagan manuevers of the first Pope and associates. But to Real and Serius Cristians Readers, Scholars or whatever you name, the real birthdate according to the Gospels clues (climate, costume, etc), must have to be time before. But muy concern is that the aproach left this well known point. Why? Theres no reason, but you may set the thatm there are Christians and "christian". The links with teh past Miths and iconography doestn deal, with the reason to believe for eachone. So to respect and to be thruth you may not take a side, excpet your have a side by the way. Thats the only lack in all this thing that I could mention so far I will post more lattley as soon I read all the books and info.
Having been born a Christian and being a scholar of Christian history for decades, I am quite well aware that the birthday on December 25th is not in the gospels. I am also well aware that placing his birthday at that time - the winter solstice - is a deliberate contrivance to usurp the greatest celebration of the sun god. I am further quite aware that for centuries hundreds of millions of people have celebrated CHRISTMAS, and that hundreds of millions to this day consider and are taught that Christ was indeed born on December 25th. Moreover, I know too that the U.S. House of Representatives recently passed HR847, recognizing December 25th as the birth of Jesus Christ:
"Whereas on December 25 of each calendar year, American Christians observe Christmas, the holiday celebrating the birth of their savior, Jesus Christ..."
This argument, therefore, constitutes a straw man. But it does serve to demonstrate that Jesus is not the "reason for the season."
And that's the whole point of the comparison in ZEITGEISTt.
I think acharya is bloody brillant..i come from a very religious backgrounds and i am very open minded to peoples opinion and her facts along with what she says makes sense!!!!
