Tokyo resident: 'Japan is Evacuating!!'
This very recent video out of Tokyo is absolutely heartbreaking. This poor man got rained on, and his skin is now breaking out. Weeping, he says, "Thank you, General Electric, for the primitive f**king technology you've produced..." The desperation and despair are horrifying.
