Islamic Terrorism Ignored by Mainstream Media

More people need to be complaining about this fact of dangerous global censorship, well described in the article below by Diane West. The fact that the mainstream media worldwide are terrified of calling a spade a spade demonstrates quite clearly that terrorism works. Terrorism pays - and Islamic terrorism has paid handsomely, as the world's governments have turned into yellow jelly following the attacks of 9/11 and 7/7, the subject of much conspiracy theory but which are perceived by millions of non-Muslims and Muslims alike as acts of terror done by, well, Muslims.

If such perceptions were true, that would make these tragic events Muslim terrorist acts. Even if there was some grand conspiracy, the fact is that these terrorist acts have been used by Muslim terrorists themselves to continue to terrorize the world. (Who was behind 9/11 is an important aside: The point here is that Muslim fanatics themselves have been using 9/11 as a club, as in the accompanying photo and as in sermons by imams extolling the "virtuous" sacrifice of the "19 Martyrs." And, by the way, I've been reading the conspiracy theories since the first days after 9/11. I am well aware of practically every major player and aspect of those theories. This is not a discussion of those theories.)

The dishonesty and cowardice of the mainstream press - and the world's governments! - in addressing honestly this critical issue of identifying Islamic terrorism as Islamic will spell doom for the free world, as the Islamic terrorism continues relatively unabated, with appeasement of all manner, including throwing women to the wolves. Most dangerous of all, agencies like the U.N. are virtually controlled by Islamic countries that are forcing an agenda of censorship of anything relating to Islam, including criticism of the abysmal treatment of women and non-Muslims.

The censorship has gotten so bad that news and government agencies bend over backwards NOT to bring Islam into the picture, even if the perpetrator of a violent crime has admitted to acting in the name of Islam! Soon will we be forced to accept all kinds of violent crimes so long as they are committed in the name of Islam, since we will not be able to bring up the subject at all? Islamic warriors terrorizing people in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Indonesia and elsewhere globally - it will be illegal to identify them as Islamic, even if they call themselves the "Army of Allah!"

Obviously, all such laws restricting criticism of any religion should be rejected immediately.

If we wish to be absolutely fair, all terrorism and violence done in the name of any religion should be identified as such.

That would include Christianity, Judaism, Hinduism and Buddhism, of course, these latter two being the least warmongering and proselytizing.

If we do not start being meticulously honest in identifying the sources of terror, we will never defeat it. Fighting some nebulous "war on terror" without getting to the root of it will surely fail. The fact that it is Islam at the root of much of the world's terror is confirmed by some of the programs that governments and NGOs have been forced to create, including attempting to head off the hateful and violent brainwashing of so-called radical Islam. If it were not Islamic teachings - straight out of the Quran/Koran - that were driving "radical Islam," it wouldn't be "radical Islam" and there would be no need to have programs addressing it as such. Islamic teachings, therefore, lead to Islamic terror. As taught in the Quran/Koran:
(Translation by N.J. Dawood: The Koran: With a Parallel Arabic Text, Penguin Classics, 1991)

This Book is not to be doubted.... As for the unbelievers, it is the same whether or not you forewarn them; they will not have faith. God has set a seal upon their hearts and ears; their sight is dimmed and grievous punishment awaits them. --Q 2:1-2:6-2:10; "The Cow," Dawood, pp. 1-2.

The only true faith in God's sight is Islam. --Q 3:19; "The Imrans," Dawood, p. 51.

He that chooses a religion over Islam, it will not be accepted from him and in the world to come he will be one of the lost. --Q 3:85, "The Imrans," Dawood, p. 60.

God's curse be upon the infidels! Evil is that for which they have bartered away their souls. To deny God's own revelation, grudging that He should reveal His bounty to whom He chooses from among His servants! They have incurred God's most inexorable wrath. An ignominious punishment awaits the unbelievers. --Q 2:89-2:90, "The Cow," Dawood, p. 13.

Fight for the sake of God those that fight against you, but do not attack them first. God does not love the aggressors.

Slay them wherever you find them. Drive them out of the places from which they drove you. Idolatry is worse than carnage.... --Q 2:190-2:191, "The Cow," Dawood, p. 28.

[Note that within Islam, many things can and are interpreted to be "aggression," such that the death penalty is freely handed out.]

When the sacred months are over slay the idolaters wherever you find them. Arrest them, besiege them, and lie in ambush everywhere for them.... --Q 9:5; "Repentance," Dawood, p. 186.

Prophet, make war on the unbelievers and the hypocrites and deal rigorously with them. Hell shall be their home: an evil fate. --Q 9:73, "Repentance," Dawood, p. 198.

Men have authority over women because God has made the one superior to the other, and because they spend their wealth to maintain them. Good women are obedient. They guard their unseen parts because God has guarded them. As for those from whom you fear disobedience, admonish them and forsake them in beds apart, and beat them. Then if they obey you, take no further action against them. Surely God is high, supreme. --Q 4:34, "Women," Dawood, p. 83.
As we might guess, these are some the Islamic teachings leading to Islamic terror. Would not these remarks constitute hate speech under the laws being tossed up all over the place in order to protect Islam?

And now, here is some Acharya Law:

No individual, group or government should be forced to kowtow to any religion against its will, moral, ethics and laws.

We are reminded of one of the Koranic injunctions that, like Islamic terrorism, is widely ignored as well:

"There shall be no compulsion in religion." (Q 2:236)

Yet, here the world is being compelled left and right - ultimately through terrorist acts that have turned many into a frightened pack of sheep running willy-nilly - to accept what amounts to spiritual terrorism.

Our future generations will have little to thank this current one for turning it over to the terrorism of the very soul.
Roars about Russia, Nary a Whisper about Islam
by Diane West

Amazing, how quickly the punditocracy switches maps, time zones and histories, simultaneously mastering new combinations of consonants and vowels, to report and react to a "surprise" conflict in Georgia. It's almost hard to recall that, just a few days ago, the most urgent questions confounding most of the media had to do with just how narcissistic John Edwards really is, or what the ramifications of Barack Obama's plans to announce his vice presidential pick via text message might finally be.

Since the sight of tanks rolling usually has a way of concentrating the media mind, the question has become: Whither Russia?

In truth, the demise of Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn earlier this month was a journalistic godsend. After all, who hadn't already dusted off their long-retired Soviet history books -- not to mention their long-retired Soviet history experts, all of whom have had the busiest couple of weeks in years -- by the time Vladimir Putin announced last week that "war has started" over South Ossetia and Abkhazia?

Historical memory somewhat refreshed, Western media were ready with the headlines -- "The evil empire is back"; "Welcome to the 19th century"; "The Russian bear's new teeth" -- to promote the main thrust of most stories: namely, that Russia is reverting to tsarist, expansionist, Soviet-style, empire-amassing type.

It's not that there's anything controversial in this journalistic approach, although I do tend to think there remain aspects of the Georgian story we haven't reconciled. What's noteworthy about this narrative consensus, however, is that the invocation of Russia's historical and cultural record is being made so frankly and without hedging. That is, no one's blaming "Russian extremists," "tsarismists," or "hijackers of a great history." On the contrary, the implication behind most Russia-versus-Georgia stories is that the Russians' world-stage behavior as they smash Georgia is something that this same historical and cultural record tells us that Russians do....

And why is this important? When I started seeing these stories and statements -- even making some of them myself -- I realized there was something free-wheeling about the style of expression that made it different from what has been the norm. I first wondered if there was a somewhat perverse trace of nostalgia in dealing again with the Russians. And then it hit me. In the nearly seven years since Islam has wholly dominated current events, neither our media nor our leaders have ever, not even once, looked at similarly characteristic behavior from the Islamic world and labeled it accordingly.

In other words, no pattern of avowedly Islam-inspired violence in the world has ever earned a headline nearly as straightforward as "Islamic jihad is back." Not even the Islamic success of Motoon Rage, which has severely repressed Western modes of expression regarding Muhammad in particular and Islam in general, inspired anything as descriptive as, for example, "Sharia's new teeth."...

And what American presidential candidate would ever explain the Islamic push, financial and otherwise, in the West for mosque construction, Islamic schools (madrassas), campus Islamic studies (apologetics) departments, Sharia law-inspired legal challenges, lobbying for Sharia-compliant banking and the like as a matter of Islamic imperialism?

I quoted McCain above discussing, matter-of-fact, what he considers to be catchall "Russian" ambitions to restore the "old Russian empire." Would he, or any other American politician, ever say the same regarding catchall "Islamic" ambitions? While both Russia and Islam claim similarly long histories and cultures of conquest for reference, it's mighty tough to imagine any U.S. politician ever saying the following: "I think it's very clear that Islamic ambitions are to restore the old caliphate." (And that's despite a growing body of statements, even polling data, reflecting the persistence of Islamic caliphate dreams.)...

Before I throw in my two cents worth about Islam I would like to commend you Acharya S on being the first objective researcher on the history of religions that I have come across. I have no dog in the fight over religion because I am of the firm belief that religions are evil. Not necessarily the people that practise them in good faith, usually because they inherited them from their parents, but the leaders and politicians that have always used religion to control people.

I agree that honesty and open discussion are long overdue and this has been precluded by the new legal policies that have been enforced upon us known as 'political correctness'. Personally I am much more shocked by the Talmud than the Koran. http://www.come-and-hear.com/dilling/chapt01.html .
It surprises me that you have not identified the real terrorists in the world. 9/11 was an inside job and not conducted by Ossama Bin Laden from a cave. Al Quaeda was created by the CIA it means the 'data base' of all the CIA trained fighters that were sent into Afghanistan to fight the Russians. They have become the standard boogeyman excuse of the real terrorists, the hidden power that controls Britain, USA and Israel who are the ones that instigated the recent events in Georgia.

Some claim that this was a last ditch effort by the neocons to grab land for the pipeline from the Caspian sea. While I agree that it is strategic I think the end-game of this gambit is the lunatic Zionist desire to start a nuclear WW3 in Iran. Who can look at the death and destruction that Bush and Co. have wrought on Afghanistan and Iraq based on proven lies and say that they are not the real terrorists, without even mentioning what they has done in their own countries to deprecate completely the freedoms of their own people with the excuse of protecting them from evil Muslim terrorists.

Religion per se is not right because it divides people as Christians, Muslims etc etc. But when its is a way of life then it integrates not divides. Being a Hindu is away of life and since time immemorial has integrated all the invaders that have set their foot in its area of influence. There is no such thing as as a divisive philosophy propounded by the Hindu way of life. Hence all religions that propound the divisive agenda that we have to convert x number of people like Christianity and Islam is not right. Its time the Islamic Mullahs and Christian Church have to modify this and adopt a more integrative policies if human race has to survive, as the greatest enemy of man is man himself not nature, not any other force of nature. Earth will stay till its natural life span irrespective of the fact whatever species that have come and gone from its surface. Amen.

Billy, please apply your skills for discernment to my actual blog post. I did not say anything about who was behind 9/11 - nor was the post about 9/11.

If you actually read the post, you will see an image next to the part about 9/11, in which some MUSLIMS themselves have used 9/11 in order to terrorize Europeans.

Those of us who have been studying this subject in depth have seen articles and videos in which 9/11 was specifically discussed by MUSLIM preachers as a tool to bring down the West. If not by them, then by Allah ultimately.

These same propagandists talk out of both sides of their mouths, using the attack to play victim:

"Oh, it was a ZIONIST-AMERICAN plot to discredit poor, poor little ol' Islam!"

AND as a means to empower Islamists:

"The noble 19 who destroyed the buildings of the Great Satan are now martyrs to Islam."

(Paraphrasing a London imam caught on hidden camera.)

Read it again: Muslim fanatics are using 9/11 to push their agenda of global domination.

And here's is a major part of their plot:

The Muslim Brotherhood Project

In this particular blog post, the "who" behind 9/11 is absolutely irrelevant.

These types of distraction fallacies fall right into the hands of the Saudi masters. They love it when westerners side-step the real issues surrounding Islam and instead go after the Jews or Xians etc. Meanwhile, Islam is the fastest growing religion. The terrorism goes on in the name of Islam but nobody is allowed to say it - not a smart move folks.

So, by all means westerners, keep speaking badly about the US and other western countries - it's what Islam wants.

Also, keep up the hypocritical work of being critical of other religions like the Jews and Xians while trying to get a global ban on criticism of Islam.

“Defaming Islam” could soon be violation of international law"

If this happens we will be creating a worldwide form of fascist Nazi Germany and a new modern Inquisition. There couldn't be anything more terrifying. And Islam would be behind it all.

I just noticed that your link to the Wafa Sultan video brings up the following message at YouTube:

"This video is no longer available due to a copyright claim by Al Jazeera Network."

I kid you not. Al Jazeera got it removed. AND, in an unusual move, YT has publicized WHO got the video removed. Usually, I believe, the viewer of a removed video sees this message:

"This video has been removed due to terms of use violation."

That's the message we get when we click your link to the Hitler/Grand Mufti vid you provided.

In any event, this publishing of the entity behind the removal - specifically Al Jazeera - could be construed as an act of intimidation.

Especially when that video had been viewed by MILLIONS of people as one of the more popular on YT of all time.

You can expect more of the same censorship - how appropriate for this blog post - in the future EVERYWHERE, especially with this blatant win for the Islamists.

This has been an absolutely brilliant read. However, in the words of Shakespeare, the world is a stage. The question is who dictates how we should live our lives in this world, while we do not even want to question our origin rationally and intellectually. Given those who follow books, religions, dogmas might be or even are brainwashed, but who is to say we can never have a logical, rational and sound answer to the question of the origin of man.
You believe there is life and death, don’t you?
Why can’t you use the same tool you used to arrive at that unwavering truth in order to answer the question of your origin, or the question relating to where we are heading to after death, hence leading to the purpose of man’s exisistence?
Ration as the basis for thinking never fails, emotion does.

Oh, and guess who started the Muslim Brotherhood according to Kay Griggs... the very same agencies today that are also wagging the tail on the "war on terror". In other words, the united states created the Muslim Brotherhood just as they supported the Muhajadeen which later became Al Quaeda.
And the "War on terror" and "islam", should not preclude mass destruction of innocent civilians, ruination of local economies, profiteering by oil and military companies, and creating more problems in general than it tries to solve.
Solving problem by creating more problems is not really solving the problem.
And there is a dangerous precedent that potentially could take place if you outlaw any sort of "terrorism" - even if the acts are strictly not related in any way shape of form of violence. Mainly that you outlaw "dissent" of any sort. If you disagree with the government in any form or way that threatens the authority of that government, then you could be labeled a terrorist.

Acharya S said...

A case could be made for Islam itself having been created by "the brotherhood" about which you speak.

So, is the point that all people should throw off the yoke of Islam because it's a manmade agenda designed to enslave and exploit humanity?

Okay, but this is not about 9/11 or false flag operations. This is about the Saudis spending hundreds of BILLION$ in oil money, etc., to build megamosques and madrassas to push the Muslim Brotherhood/Wahhabist agenda and ideology. This plot has been in the making since long before the United States government existed.

It is happening all over the planet. Who are the puppetmasters of the Saudis? Did they also create Islam? If so, more reason to toss off this manmade brainwashing.

Certainly there needs to be free and open press on this and many other issues - but the press is owned, it's business is to promote the interests of it's owners. News and commentary is fine, until it might upset or interfere with the business of making money, or potentially actually cost money in litigation, or perhaps it might help actually wake us up from being the duped consumers asleep a the wheel of the machine of profit.

Which country do we have to thank for the ridiculous situation where anything and everything said or done can lead to getting "your arses sued off"?

The other imperial headline that is missing is the undertones of the US new world order / christian imperialist expansion - why did the Georgian's make such silly moves of aggression unless they were stupified by all the new weapons, the training and what must have been seen as promises of support against what is the superpower of their neighbourhood.

And again that 100 year old 3 letter world - OIL.

I'm so tired of religion and incautious belief systems getting the spotlight in regard to current events.

I certainly don't think that Islamic extremists have been ignored by the majority of media outlets in the attempt to shed light on the source of terror activity and religious unrest. I think, in fact, that so much attention has been paid to these religious radicals as to give credence or justification to their cause.

The willingness, of what seems like the majority of the world, to look the other way in the face of such a deliberate attempt to control current events by these zealots is astonishing to me.

Political correctness will be our demise if we let it. The exposure of the false premise of myth based religions, such as what Acharya does, needs to continue and expand so that a more educated populace will feel no guilt in the rejection of these freedom sapping religions.

All irreligious people are burdened with the task of explaining our reasons for unbelief and promoting critical thought and this task can't be shirked much longer.

Might as well get familiar with these terms. Learn them the easy way now or the hard way later:

Dhimmi: An Islamic term that refers to a subjugated non-Muslim person living in a Muslim society. Second-class status is confirmed by the legal system and dhimmis do not share the rights of their Muslim rulers.

Dhimwit: A non-Muslim member of a free society that abets the stated cause of Islamic domination with remarkable gullibility. A dhimwit is always quick to extend sympathy to the very enemy that would take away his or her own freedom (or life) if given the opportunity.

the religion of peace

Dhimmitude, Dhimmi, Dhimwit / Quisling

* Dhimmitude:

"The term dhimmitude comes from the Arabic word "dhimmi." It refers to subjugated, non-Muslim individuals or people that accept the restrictive and humiliating subordination to an ascendant Islamic power to avoid enslavement or death."

-- "Eurabia: The Euro-Arab Axis" by Bat Ye'or (page 9)

"The concept of "dhimmitude" (a term coined by Bachir Gemayel) was introduced into Western discourse by the writer Bat Ye'or in a French-language article published in the Italian journal La Rassegna mensile di Israel in 1983. The term was used in English as early as 1985 in a book review by Prof. James E. Biechler in the Journal of Ecumenical Studies, in which he praised Ye'or's work, commenting that "Perhaps the single most significant contribution of the author is her definition and development of the concept of 'dhimmitude'". Ye'or further popularised the term in her books The Decline of Eastern Christianity under Islam. From Jihad to Dhimmitude. Seventh-Twentieth Century and the 2003 followup Islam and Dhimmitude: Where Civilizations Collide After the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, the term became far more widely used, particularly in discussions about Islamism and the Islamization of the West.

Bat Ye'or defined dhimmitude as the condition and experience of those who are subject to dhimma, and thus not synonymous to, but rather a subset of the dhimma phenomenon.

It may be simply a replacement for the relatively little known (compared to dhimmi) noun dhimma, coined to carry the same meaning. This has already widely happened in French usage where, as in English, "-tude" is a productive suffix.

A more recent pejorative usage variant of "dhimmi" and "dhimmitude" divorces the words from the historical context of jihad and applies them to situations where non-Muslims in the West are championing Islamic causes above others. "Dhimmi" is treated as analogous to "Quisling" within this context".

Dhimmitude

Dhimmitude

"Dhimmitude is the status that Islamic law, the Sharia, mandates for non-Muslims, primarily Jews and Christians. Dhimmis, "protected people," are free to practice their religion in a Sharia regime, but are made subject to a number of humiliating regulations designed to enforce the Qur'an's command that they "feel themselves subdued" (Sura 9:29)."

"This denial of equality of rights and dignity remains part of the Sharia, and, as such, is part of the law that global jihadists are laboring to impose everywhere, ultimately on the entire human race.

The dhimmi attitude of chastened subservience has entered into Western academic study of Islam, and from there into journalism, textbooks, and the popular discourse. One must not point out the depredations of jihad and dhimmitude; to do so would offend the multiculturalist ethos that prevails everywhere today."

* Dhimmi:

Dhimmi: "An Islamic term that refers to a subjugated non-Muslim person living in a Muslim society. Second-class status is confirmed by the legal system and dhimmis do not share the rights of their Muslim rulers."
Dhimwits

"a non-Muslim subject of a state governed in accordance with sharia law"

* Quisling:

"a person who betrays his or her own country by aiding an invading enemy, often serving later in a puppet government"
Quisling

"Quisling, after Norwegian politician Vidkun Quisling, who assisted Nazi Germany to conquer his own country, is a term used to describe traitors and collaborationists. It was most commonly used for fascist political parties and military and paramilitary forces in occupied Allied countries which collaborated with Axis occupiers in World War II, as well as for their members and other collaborators.

Everytime a "Muslim" gets in a fist-fight its a "terrorist" attack. Robert Papes' definitive chronicle "Dying To Win" clearly proves 95 percent of what is
attributed to Religious zealotry is rooted in everything but - almost always political: ethnic strife, separatist.

With almost 1.5 BILLION Muslims in the world, I'm going to need a much much larger reference pool than West's recursive ( obsessive) references.

If you're worried about "hate speech" ( now THAT is caused by people who "hate our freedoms!"), why not a honest inquiry and expose? How about West? Of course the culprits that have, indeed, decapitated this most cherished right would reads like the Tel Aviv phonebook.

And we can find endless Talmud references suggesting this terrorization of Western freedoms is religious based. Is that indeed the reality?

By the way, what is a "Xian".

Anyway...

If you check what the other anon said about Dhimmi, s/he is very right with their definition. People who are non-Muslim, living under Muslim rule are Dhimmi and have to pay higher taxes for not being Muslims AND they are subject to stricter laws than Muslims. This is in history books, in fact, Maimonides was a dhimmi, who, for reasons of protecting himself (have your friends close and your enemies closer) worked for the Sultan as a physician in the Sultan's palace in Cairo, Egypt, yet begged relatives outside of Islamic rule to help him get out of there. He got out, but he and his family had to be in hiding for a long while (exile to be exact). Ironically, though, he wrote some of his renouned work while working for the Sultan. However, he lived begrudgingly under Muslim rule for years.

It is said in the intro of Ethical Writings of Maimonides that he lived in peril due to "the unorthodox character of his thought". He was even "denounced to the authorities by a Muslim for allegedly teaching pernicious doctrines in the Guide of the Perplexed.

I can't find where he lived his last days, but he did finally get out from under the Sultan's thumb, but he didn't do it without fleeing for his life. However, he was called and considered a dhimmi.

Mriana -

Whenever I post something critical of Islam, the harpies come out in style to shriek about "the Jews." It's amazing how much power "the Jews" have - to the extent where they control EVERYTHING, as if they are indeed the "chosen people" of the One True God.

The fact will remains that over the years few have criticized Judaism for this blatant conceit as much as I have.

However, it's important to be reminded that individuals of all sorts have been victimized by BULLIES, no matter what their creed or color. Jewish people have had to make do under non-Jewish bullies, including Christians and Muslims.

And the non-Jewish world has been enslaved under a bogus ideology emanating from "Judea," i.e., the Abrahamic cult that spawned Judaism, Christianity and Islam.

So, these three massively powerful cults are destroying the planet and enslaving most of humanity's souls.

As we can see, the shrill cries that I am "soft" on Judaism are absurd.

And they will not distract from the real issue, which is that Islam is wreaking havoc the world over - and that we truly liberated beings are under a real assault designed to enslave us.

In direct terms, Mriana, you and I as women must ignore the ranters who would force us to be complacent and to appease until we suddenly find ourselves in burkhas. We must speak out loudly against this assault on our freedoms as spelled out repeatedly all over the place, including on this page:

The Islamic Overthrow of Britain

(That URL is run through anonymouse.org so the site won't have your IP.)

Note the quote prominently displayed on the poster, which was placed on bus stops:

"One day the Islamic flag will fly over Downing Street."

Note also that these speakers are "radicals" who are essentially running the mosques in Britain. These types constantly make noises about how they are going to take over the world - through whatever means possible, including murdering large numbers of people. These are diabolical criminals, but because they call themselves a religion, they are allowed to fester and commit their crimes.

I read that and had nothing new to say.

That said, I have friends who are Jews and haven't had any problems with them, but that doesn't mean I agree with their theology. Even I have had disagreements with them. I have nothing bad to say about them, but their religious beliefs I cannot agree with. One is a female rabbi, another is a female Judaism teacher, and yet another is a liberal Judaic female. All of them are women.

I think the last conversation I had with the teacher was concerning Passover and all the work she had to go through just to make everything Kosher. Not only that, the Rabbi had to approve it as Kosher. It is really rediculous how much work women have to go through all due to superstition. Men don't ever do this work Oh yes... I just don't understand what G-d wants concerning these things. *rolling eyes* After that I made some sort of comment, not sure what it was, and she asked, "You don't believe in G-d?" Suddenly I felt like I was talking to an Evangelical and I didn't want to go down that road. It seemed the room became cold with a sudden change of attitude.

No, I really have nothing bad to say about her. She is a very nice person, but I really think the treatment of women in all three Abrahamic religions is not good. That I do have a lot to say about and even though they profess that it is the same god, I do not see the three as being the same. Yet this god they speak of, really demoralizes women and all seem to forget, that the Hebrew originally had two deities- one male and one female, they were pagan, and many of their stories were taken from other cultures and set to the Hebrew culture. Eventually, the female deity was killed off in favour of one deity, a male deity and women were suppressed.

If you read that book, Ethical Writings of Maimonides women are not thought too highly in his book and here is where the three share similar beliefs concerning women. Mind you, he wrote these writings while working for the Sultan of Egypt, yet he uses the Talmud to back up what he says about women, when he does say something about women. Not only that, his writings concerned with "health" are geared towards men. He concerns himself very little with the female condition, EXCEPT she is unclean during her time of the month. Here we refer back to the Hebrew rituals of purity, which Islam also concerns itself with too. Purity, is a big concern here, even with sexual practices of men. Women take a back seat when it comes to sex and I find what he did say about women and sex appauling.

I asked about this in class and the prof said something about Maimonides thought women were always ready (for sex that is). However, there is this thing about purity again, but when it comes to being prepared/ready for sex, he concentrates only on the man. Not enough sex for the man causes problems and too much causes problems, yet nothing is said concerning the women.

When you read that book, you will more than likely see an overlap, esp in this area concerning women. The book is almost as bad as the idea of black and yellow bile. *rolling eyes*

However, the book does talk about Islamic oppression though and gives brief history of that.

So, basically you're declaring war on the U.S., is that what you're saying, Robert? And you're excited by the mass murder of millions of people? Looking forward to that, are you?

Mriana said...

Robert S. Finnegan, I'd reread what we said. None of it was racist, not even what I said. It is no more racist than not liking spicy food. It has nothing to do with race, but rather ideology and superstition.

Racism would be associating your last name, I assume Irish, with your hot temper and kill each other. It's also stereotyping. BTW, I'm part Irish and my mother is a red head to boot, so don't even try. I must admit though, for being part Irish, as well as German, French, and Native American (three said to be hot tempered, murderous, savages by actual racists) my posts are pretty docile compared to yours.

Secondly, Islam is not a race, it's a religion. Being a Jew is a race, not a religion in and of itself necessarily, BUT Judaism is a religion. One can be of European decent and be a Jewish- they are considered part of the lost tribe of Israel when they convert to Judaism. This last, I got from a Jewish person. So technically, IF I so chose, I could become Jewish, even though I am not a Jew by decent, just as I can become a Muslim, even though I am not Iranian, Iraqian, Turk, Egyptian, or of any decendent of that area.

So, before you explode with such vile epitaphs, get your facts straight about religion and ethnicity. Just because I am part Irish, does not mean I decended from a bunch of angry Catholics who kill Protestants, for I did not. Just because I am part Native American does not mean I am a savage, because I am part German, does not mean I kill Jews, nor does being part French mean I go around saying "Oo lala!" and have a laissez-faire attitude. Such ideas are racists and stereotyping, but religious criticism is NOT racism.

However, your post is quite hot-tempered, hateful, demeaning, brutish, and screams of nothing but epitaphs. Who's calling the kettle black?

Islamic Terrorism Ignored by Mainstream Media.

Am I missing something here ?

Western Goverments turned to jelly ?

The jelly is controlling the whole scenario.

Name me one organised International Muslim terrorist organisation that has carried out a major attack in the West ?

Our own Governments are in full control of all attack events.

Anonymous said...

There are other more powerful organizations that are trying to take over the world other than certain Islamic elements and represent a far greater threat and danger than the Muslim Brotherhood ever has or probably ever will. I'm curious why these organizations aren't being addressed. Even conventional countries such as the US, China and Russia have a greater chance of nuking or taking over the world than these terrorists.
And nobody is being fooled here. At least the thinking public isn't. If you're going to present arguments against Islam or terrorism, then at least don't insult other people's intelligence. Acknowledge other people's position and don't try and steer those arguments away with statements that either don't answer the question or isn't going to make sense to the thinking public. Many people might not be smart in the academic sense. But the major media underestimates the street smarts that people have about their ability to sniff out B.S. and lies. And that is why they are failing now. Most people are waking up to their lies about 9/11 and also their government corruption. Not because they aren't smart. It's just because it is almost impossible to keep covering up lies with more lies to you reach a point where one lie in the peg just doesn't make any obvious sense. So you're either stuck with telling a bold lie that doesn't make sense to smart people, or telling a very simple lie that doesn't need as much support as a complex lie.

I think ajweishar has it correct "And the Zionists get a free pass." The only conspiracy theory is the official 9/11 story. The mainstream media is nothing more than a tool to persuade public opinion. 9/11 & 7/7 was carried out by criminal elements within the U.S, U.K, and Israeli government to mobilize public opinion. The mainstream media is a complete joke. Nothing more than a propaganda wing for a criminal regime. Not talking about Islamic extremism is only a small fraction of their mistakes. The mainstream media is falling apart anyways their viewer numbers have fallen drastically in the past years. An indication of people distrust for their propaganda. There only goal is to guide the people away from knowledge that might harm the criminal New World Order.

In response to the notion I was making a religious comment, Zionism is NOT a religion. It is a political movement that uses the resources of other countries to promote a political agenda. There are Zionists planted in political offices all over the world. They planned and executed the invasion of South Ossetia. They take issue with Russia because Putin went after them for embezzling trillions from Yukos Oil. Judaism is the religion of the Jews. Zionism is a neocon political movement attempting to rule the world. Islamists are fighting them. They see us as part of the Zionist aggression. This was going on long before America existed. We made the mistake of putting military bases on what was deemed holy ground. Our leaders are culturally illiterate.

No, dear, not if you actually study the world's history from many thousands of years ago to the present. Or if you then have a mind to put these facts together and to recognize trends.

Here's the trend: The Islamization of the world. Easily recognized by anyone who has spent a few years as an adult on planet Earth and who pays attention to the news of all manner, coming directly out of places around the world - we actually have that capacity now! It's called the internet. And I can read news in a number of languages, so I can actually go beyond what the English sources are telling me. Imagine that.

So, what "Western propaganda" would that be? The treatment of women in places like Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia and Iran - is that "Western propaganda?"

And there's nothing "paranoid" about being informed as to trends that might destroy you. Is it "paranoid" to lock your doors if you live in a bad neighborhood?

Knowing also how the game is played - having studied the subject for some decades now - I am ever mindful of the Golden Rule: He who has the gold, makes the rules. Certain powerful Muslim nations - e.g., Saudi Arabia - has spent BILLION$ in oil money to proselytize fundamentalist Islam all over the world. It is possible actually to SEE this development in many European countries - countries where I spent time enough in my youth to know they have significantly changed, and not for the better.

As a scholar of comparative religion and mythology, as well as a religious historian, I also know the history of how religions swallow each other up, and the trend is definitely that Christianity is dying and Islam is eating it alive. The "why" of this psychotic development is another long story.

I am reminded of the following destruction of the Egyptian religion - and I can see it happening right now with Islam throttling Christianity. (The following is excerpted from my book Christ in Egypt.)

Addressing why we have not seen a large effort among scholars to point to Egypt for Christian genesis, historian Dr. Richard A. Gabriel states, "That historians have overlooked the Egyptian origins of Christianity leaving the subject to the concern of theologians is not terribly surprising." He next recounts the violent overthrow of the Egyptian religion by the Christian mobs during the fourth century. This destruction of the Egyptian faith included an outlawing by Emperor Constantius II of "the use of Egyptian hieroglyphics as a religious language.

Gabriel tersely recounts this disturbing history, which appears to be repeating itself with the advent of Islam globally:

"In 356 C.E. Constantius II ordered the Egyptian temples of Isis-Osiris closed and forbade the use of Egyptian hieroglyphics as a religious language. In 380 C.E. Emperor Theodosius declared Christianity to be the official Roman state religion, and all pagan cults were thereafter forbidden. These edicts were devastating to Egyptian culture and religion, both of which had been preserved over millennia through the Egyptian language and the writing systems of Egyptian priests. In 391 C.E., the Patriarch of Alexandria, Theophilus, summoned the monks to arms and turned them against the city of Memphis and the great shrine of Serapis, the *Serapeum*, the main temple of the Osiran-Isis religion. The attack was akin to ordering the destruction of the Vatican. Egyptian priests were massacred in their shrines and in the streets. The ferocity of the violence consumed priests, followers, and the Egyptian intellectual elite of Alexandria, Memphis and the other cities of Egypt who were murdered and their temples and libraries destroyed. The institutional structure of Egyptian religion, then more than four millennia old, was demolished in less than two decades.

Richard A. Gabriel, "Jesus the Egyptian: The Origins of Christianity and the Psychology of Christ," iUniverse, 2005, p. 4.

Again, the same trend is happening right now with Islam usurping Christianity. Jesus Christ will be demoted from the son of God to a mere prophet, precisely as religions have functioned in the past of reducing gods to patriarchs, angels, saints and demons.

It is only by people becoming more aware of the very issues I raise here that this trend can be stopped. This particular trend is VERY horrifying for women, as one look at much of the ghastly nation of Afghanistan will tell you. It is HIDEOUS to a man much less a woman in much of that backward land. And THAT'S what these would-be enslavers of mankind have in mind for the whole of humanity. They are criminals in a massive criminal operation - and they have their thug sights set on the plump US, of that you can be sure.

Not sure what point you're trying to make.

I don't see anything "surprising" about not wanting to be enslaved under by a cult of death, regardless of where it comes from. This one just happens to come from Arabia, a place where harshness is the rule, and this cult is a product of that harsh environment.

The other two very harsh cults, Judaism and Christianity, essentially come from the same region - harsh, desert climates producing a harsh set of laws and rules.

I don't live in that kind of world, and I don't want to live in that kind of world.

If you think I'm "surprising" perhaps you have not studied the subject enough. Here's a good place to start:

Your surprise and your remarks indicate to me that you are not paying attention to what is happening worldwide as we speak. I previously provided you with several links - feel free to go to those sites and study what is happening in the world today.

There's nothing surprising about a moral and liberated individual attempting to prevent future generations - including her own descendants - from being enslaved by an oppressive ideology. It would be more surprising if someone were not concerned with preventing themselves and their loved ones from being enslaved.

If you think it's a question of only military might, you are in error. And you also apparently don't know about the $200 billion state-of-the-art military network in Saudi Arabia.

In any event, there are many ways to take over a country. Relying on the "bellies of our women" is one very effective strategies that Islamists have already long put into motion.

There are numerous other planks that these "barbarians" have been using - and they are making grounds everywhere. Again, please free to study the subject, so you will no longer be surprised by the information. Start with what is happening in Europe - and Australia and Canada and the U.S.

Read Eurabia by Bat Y'eor as well. Then there's Bruce Bawer's book While Europe Slept: How Radical Islam is Destroying the West from Within.

There are many more, such as Ayaan Hirsi Ali's Infidel and Robert Spencer's Truth about Muhammad.

Mriana said...

Actually, if I may interject, history has shown religious zealots to conquer various parts of the world. Islamics got as far as Spain and Turkey, even though they tried to push further north into Europe. The Roman Empirer (Christians) pushed back. This was one of many Crusades.

IMHO, what we are seeing is yet another Crusade, but this time it could turn out to be one of the worst Crusades ever. Zionists, Rapturists and Dominionists want to force a mythical story to happen and Islamic Radicals also want to make their version of the myth happen.

What is openly admitted in the media is what is called a "War on Terror", which originally had religious undertones at the start of the Shrub's war, but he was told to cool it with the religious talk. However, from the Islamic, we have seen nothing but religion- thus why I insist it is another Crusade, that could have serious and disasterous implications. When you throw in all three groups of radicals (Islam, Xian, and Judaic) we could very well have hell on earth.

The truth is though, the Liberal groups of each religion, (although I have no clue what a liberal Muslim is and question that one), do not like what the radicals are doing. Moderates are fence sitters, who tolerate the radicals for whatever reason. They believe they would like a world that had a government ran according to their religion, but they don't fight for it, yet you damn well better be a Christian or a Muslim depending on their culture's choice of a dominant religion. They'd gladly do an Inquisition in a heartbeat- I know Christians exactly like this too.

Now here's the thing, they do this through political, psychological, and monetary means Fawell used psychological, along with Christian Colleges- like Fawell's and Bob Jones. Mega Churches do the same thing. They use fear, guilt, and shame as their main tool, along with hatred of others. Then they make every effort to get their hands in politics via Faithbased programs. Islam is not much different with their tactics. Politics is their ultimate goal though, so that they can control people, just as Rome did and just as the Sultan and alike did.

Why haven't I picked on Judaism more? I have not read, research, or studied anything that has the highest ranking authorities in Judaism trying these tactics, though I won't say it hasn't happened with absolute certainty.

However, what better society than one that goes by your philosophy? If you are an Evangelical Xian, you probably long for such a society- I know many who do- thus business with 1/2 of Pisces on their doors, windows, and/or ads. Those businesses cater to Xians who have a dream of only doing business with Xians and a government that dictates their theology.

Don't fool yourself into thinking that there are not groups within Xianity and Islam who want a world that is of their own making and controlled by their theology. They do exist and take every chance to get their foot into the door that gets them going in that direction. Those like Welton Gaddy, Berry Lynn, Spong, and alike don't want a world like that. In fact, they truly do want separation of Church and State. So not all religious people want a Theocracy, but there are a lot who do and those that don't have to speak out against those who do and are attempting just that.

The first thought that hits me is this. Bush's war on Terror isn't working.

I remember reading that the "War on Terror" is futile because it is not a war against some entity (such as a nation) but that of 'an idea.'

A point made about its futility was made by asking the question, "How would one know when they ever won such a war?"

In light of what you indicate in this entry, ("Islamic Terrorism Ignored by Mainstream Media"), I think it would be another reason that you can't fight a war (called Terrorism) when you're already defeated which is being shown by the media's behaviour.

The thought/question I'm left with is, "What to do about this problem with the 'Mainstream Media?"

Acharya,
Thankyou for the suggested reads.

I actually am aware of Bruce Bawer.
"While Europe Slept" , I have not read , but will.
I think I saw him interviewed some time ago on TV.
Let me take a wild guess at the gist of the book.
Unlike America , Muslims who have settled in Europe are more inclined to retain their culture due to their lack of integration into their New World. Certainly in Britain this is the case. Large communities of pakistani decent are here. Could he suggest that these have become seething couldrons of insurgents... "Fifth Columnists" who by population growth will eventually overwhelm the native population ?

I,m going to look a right prat if I am wrong about Bawer but your own comment "Bellies of our women" may well have come from his book.

The fact is an overwhelming number of what are now second & third generation Pakistani Britains are rebelling against their Grandparents. Honour killings occur too often in these communities, & for good reason.... The younger generations obviously want to break away and they are doing so in droves.

This book of his has probably been written for American readership , if I am correct.....all part & parcel of the fearmongering.

I,ll stick my oar in concerning the Sa'ud mob another time.

PS Love your informative sites.

9/11 scared me. If Muslim terrorists can do that, why not nuclear terrorism? And the barbarity practised against women in some Islamic nations is appalling: stoning women, female genital mutilation etc. If it is going to become against the law to criticize such things, that is worrying. As for atrocities against Muslims these seem to be caused mostly by war and attacks from religious groups(including Islamic ones. The problem here seems to be the human urge to retaliate. If the USA had not attacked Afghanistan and Iraq after 9/11 and withdrew from any repressive operations for which reason allegedly the 9/11 attack was made then arguably the West would not inspire so much Islamic terrorism and it would be more difficult for supporters of such terrorism to continually justify it. Similarly, if Israel refrained from retaliation every time there is a suicide bomb I would have thought they would receive more worldwide support and in the long term there would be greater chance of peace. And again if Palestinian terrorists refrained from retaliation every time Israel moves in the tanks, they would enjoy also enjoy greater worldwide support and it would become more and more difficult for Israel to justify these attacks. The problem with retaliation is that it leads to more retaliation and then more retaliation and it is an endless cycle. Thus I propose: don't retaliate and hopefully in the long term we can then have peace.

For sheer love of power, wealth, torture, etc. they have no rivals. Most Catholics would not even realise that their current pope (note the small p) was actually the head of the dreaded inquisition. To have been able to have managed to convince The US population of an external enemy , a threat without a clearly defined national identity , borders or Capital City
where your tanks could finally roll in & claim victory.... is perfect. It can be ongoing. Serving it's purpose to impose the likes of your Patriot Act.

Christian teachings also leads to Christian terrorism as taught in the bible:

Deuteronomy 7:16
You must destroy all the peoples the LORD your God gives over to you. Do not look on them with pity and do not serve their gods, for that will be a snare to you.

Joshua 6:20-21
20 When the trumpets sounded, the people shouted, and at the sound of the trumpet, when the people gave a loud shout, the wall collapsed; so every man charged straight in, and they took the city.
21 They devoted the city to the LORD and destroyed with the sword every living thing in it— men and women, young and old, cattle, sheep and donkeys.

Numbers 21: 1-3
1 When the Canaanite king of Arad, who lived in the Negev, heard that Israel was coming along the road to Atharim, he attacked the Israelites and captured some of them.
2 Then Israel made this vow to the LORD: If you will deliver these people into our hands, we will totally destroy their cities.
3 The LORD listened to Israel's plea and gave the Canaanites over to them. They completely destroyed them and their towns; so the place was named Hormah.

There are many more passages in the bible just like the quran that support terrorism. America went to the unjust war in Iraq chanting 'god bless America', which god? Can't we call that christian terrorism?

OMFG! Sounds like a REAL FUNDIE here! Who says you have to surrender to a human concept to understand it? That's what Ahyah is... a HUMAN concept and nothing more. So is religion for that matter. And just how do you know God's will? From a text that was written and inspired by a human? Now that's really surrendering to MAN'S will, not some supernatural deity. Oh yeah, God and religion ARE mutually exclusive... IF you belong to the RIGHT religion. Xians say theirs is right and Muslims say theirs is right. Come on! Here again, it is HUMANS saying what is right. MAN! Be you man or a woman, you really need to start thinking for yourself instead of accepting what other humans tell you. Then you will be truly enlightened.

I have heard of the (unofficial) 9/11 conspiracy theories. I am a bit sceptical but one of these days I'll look into it in more detail.

Nevertheless like Acharya S pointed out radical Muslims are exploiting the 9/11 incident to intimidate which presumably helps the Muslim Brotherhood etc to carry out their overall strategy as outlined in the 1982 Project document.

Thanks for the rational perspective. It's good to be skeptical of all the theories concerning 9/11, including that of the government.

That being said, what keeps me coming back to the conclusion of a multinational cabal - including Muslims - is the absolute impotence of the U.S. in responding. It makes NO sense, especially since they'd been onto Mohammed Atta, for one, since the late 90s! I've got a newspaper article from the front page of the Los Angeles Times from 1996, I believe (I don't have it here), with the lead story all about Mohammed Atta and the terrorist network he worked with!

So, what's he doing showing up five years later, totally unexpected by the U.S. government? No tabs on him? No clue as to what he was doing?

It's ridiculous. And VERY suspicious. The U.S. had no clue and no defense - either it is completely incompetent, or "rogue" (not so rogue anymore) elements within the government were complicit in the terrorist act. There is no other option.

In any event, I am very glad you got the point of my blog post. Whether or not 9/11 was "real" by Muslim terrorists or Al Qaeda is a psy-op (yes, I know all about Adam Gahdan), Muslim fascists worldwide - TERRORISTS - have been using these terrorist acts, proudly bleating about having beaten up the U.S. and threatening more of same if we don't allow them to infiltrate our societies, take over and enslave us all. And make no mistake about it - that IS their goal.

Again, it doesn't matter if it's all a "psy-op" - hey, man, LIFE IS A PSY-OP. It's a REAL psy-op that's happening all around us as we speak, and if we don't even discuss it honestly, we stand no chance to prevent it from occurring. What I'm talking about is the whole world turned into Saudi Arabia - and, again, that IS the goal, as outlined by the Muslim Brotherhood, which has succeeded in changing its original target, Egypt, into the very fundamentalist state it now is.

Does anyone remember the Egyptian cities of the 70s? The people there and then dressed very much like the rest of the world, and it wasn't as dangerous to be a woman there. Now, it looks more like Saudi Arabia, with the women covered up. Despite the fatwas and laws against it, the Egyptians continue to hack off the genitals of their girls (and boys) - in the name of Islam.

Rational people do not want this way of life to dominate the entire world, but that is the Muslim Brotherhood plot, without a doubt.

Who's helping them? In this regard, 9/11 WAS an inside job, because we gas-guzzlers have been paying for own demise by empowered the Muslim oil nations beyond their wildest dreams. It is largely OIL MONEY that has allowed for the spread of fundamentalist Islam worldwide. (Of course, there's the DRUG MONEY of the Taliban as well.)

Islamists globaly sincerely believe that Allah put the oil in Muslim nations in order to spread Islam and destroy the infidels. Islam is BASED on destroying infidels or enslaving them where convenient.

I remember vaguly the Egyptian cities of the 70s and I remember recently thinking to myself, "That's Egypt? It's nothing like I remember it being." It is indeed different and the funny thing is, wasn't there a woman in government sometime before all of this happened? I remember something about a woman being in government in that area, not sure if it was Egypt or not, but I do know Egypt is not the same.

Of course, I've never been to Egypt, but what I remember of it was from the news and alike. Heck, I remember the fall of Saigon in vivid imagery. I was born in 1966, but the news specials plastered all over the TV interrupting my show, probably a rerun of "Love American Style" or something like that, of people running and screaming, helicopters and everything else left an impression on my young mind- one of fear for those people. It's no longer Saigon. Young people know it now as Ho Chi Min City, I think.

Thanks for the info, Acharya.

Do you happen to have the date of the article regarding Mohammed Atta?

I wouldn't mind getting it from the Los Angeles Times print edition archive and having a read of it.

Thanks all the same.

'Islamophobia Watch' compares 'The Project' to the 'Protocols of the Elders of Zion'.

Is it possible that 'The Project' is a hoax?

First of all, Islamophobia Watch has next to no credibility, as it is simply a mouthpiece for Muslim apologists and appeasers (i.e., "dhimwits"). As such, the site does not honestly deal with Islam at all.

In any event, yes, of course, it's possible that the Project is a hoax. However, just like the Protocols having "come true" in a variety of ways, the Muslim Brotherhood plot as outlined in the Project is essentially coming true - in a big way.

So, unless one concludes that there is indeed some supernatural agency in charge of the planet and "He" - Allah - truly is empowering Islam, there is most definitely a plot to Islamize the world, and whoever composed the Project had it spot on as a description of what is happening.

In this regard, knowledge about the Muslim Brotherhood Project is essential in order to thwart it from happening. And those who stand in the way of preventing the Islamization of the world are guilty of betraying future generations - and true human civilization - to desertified savages and their cult of enslavement and death.

Arggh. I replied earlier to your query, Robert, about Mohammed Atta, but I posted it in the wrong blog entry.

Anyway, sorry about that, but I got my terrorists and WTC bombings mixed up. The article was about Ramzi Yousef. (I don't collect terrorist trading cards, so I don't have my players memorized. :))

Take a look here for the newspaper article from the LA Times, from August 6, 1996:

One Man's Web of Terror?

Well, this changes only slightly the criticism of the ineptitude of the U.S. government in preventing and responding to 9/11.
