Jesus will return by 2050, say 40% of Americans.

They'll be waiting and waiting...
Jesus AKA the Sun will REALLY come when it turns into a red giant and engulfs the earth. That will be in about a few billion years, LOL.

I'm one of your fans from Puerto Rico that appreciates your hard work and research.
The Mythicist Position is so obvious that I just don't understand how people simply don't get it.

I'm a non-theist/atheist/mythicist that is trying to understand the meanings of ancient beliefs and enjoys myth.
If the Abrahamic religions were celebrated culturally like take for example Shinto in Japan (another solar story) then there would be no problem.

Instead many are indoctrinated as children and cannot even question nor doubt it due to threats of hellfire.
Thanks to that we find people who really think that the earth/universe is 6,000 years old, was made in 7 days, evolution is false and humans are a fallen creature that must be purged from their sins by submitting their wills to Yahweh/Jesus/Allah.
It's like ignorance is a virtue or something.
The mountains of geological, fossil records,genetics,etc.., tell otherwise and they ignore it.
This is an embarrassment to education. (>_<)

In my mind I say why don't people study comparative religion to appreciate the myths and let science progress with space exploration, finding ways preserve the environment,etc..
Nearly all the religions on this planet came from nature/solar worship. They all share a common thread and there is really nothing to be fighting over.
