Does Paul's First Epistle to the Corinthians reveal a 'historical' Jesus?
Does Paul's First Epistle to the Corinthians reveal a 'historical' Jesus?
For I received from the Lord what I also delivered to you, that the Lord Jesus on the night when he was betrayed took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it, and said, "This is my body which is for you. Do this in remembrance of me." In the same way also the cup, after supper, saying, "This cup is the new covenant in my blood. Do this, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of me."

World's oldest religion honors Mother Goddess and nature
World's oldest religion honors Mother Goddess and nature
In southern India, we find humanity's oldest religion, the worship of the Divine Mother and of the natural world, as Indians have done for thousands of years. This ancient Mother Goddess is called Mari, like the much later Christian Mother of God, Mary.

Cancer cure known for 35 years?
Dr. Stanislaw Burzynski received his training in biochemistry and medicine in Poland, before moving to the United States. He discovered a peptide that fights cancer and began using it in the 70s. He's been battling with the U.S. government since then but continues to see astounding successes in many of the worst cases.

Egyptian Muslim cleric: 'When I want a sex-slave, I go to the market and buy her'
Egyptian Muslim cleric: 'When I want a sex-slave, I go to the market and buy her'
Huwaini said that infidel captives, the "spoils of war," are to be distributed among the Muslim combatants (i.e., jihadists) and taken to "the slave market, where slave-girls and concubines are sold." He referred to these latter by their dehumanizing name in the Koran, ma malakat aymanukum—"what your right hands possess"—in this context, sex-slaves: "You go to the market and buy her, and she becomes like your legal mate—though without a contract, a guardian, or any of that stuff—and this is agreed upon by the ulema."

The Sacred Spear and Side-Wounding
The Sacred Spear and Side-Wounding
In some of the cultures of the Roman Empire at the time, there evidently were other gods and sacrificial victims who were likewise portrayed as having been "side-wounded," including the Norse Father-God Odin, who was hung on a tree and wounded with a spear.
